I give the IHG reps. permission to come to my residence to conduct a home check, to contact my landlord and/or resident assoc. if applicable, and references. I attest that the information provided in the application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and any misrepresentation of fact will be cause for denial of foster or adoption. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee adoption or the opportunity to foster a dog. I understand that IHG reserves the right to refuse adoption or fostering to anyone without disclosing the reasons. I understand that if I am accepted as a foster home volunteer or adoptive home, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in being denied the right to foster and/or adopt a dog. And any dog currently placed in my care by IHG will be required to be returned to IHG, and all fees paid by me will be forfeited. I herby certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty, neglect, or abandonment.
